Partly live. Fleet, Ledger and Tickets read the live control plane: every device on Fleet enrolled itself, every field on a device panel was read off that machine by the agent, the Ledger verifies the real hash chain in your browser from the bytes each hash was taken over, and Tickets is the queue the control plane holds — an agent Get-help filing and a walk-up from this console land in the same store. Every other screen still renders the fixtures in @koop/demo, and nothing on them happened. Still invented: every connector, invoice, seat count and usage figure; every compliance control, release and rollout; the decision record shown beside a ledger entry, which is a fixture even where the entry above it is real.
